A 33-year-old woman identified as Donna Griffith, was killed in a Los Angeles car accident after the car in which she was an occupant crashed into a power pole in Hawthorne. The Associated Press reports that Griffith died at the scene of the car accident the morning of April 5, 2010 in the 4900 block of 147th Street. The driver apparently lost control of the car and crashed into the pole. One other person was transported to a hospital from the scene with minor injuries. However, it is not clear who was driving at the time of the collision.

I offer my deepest condolences to the family and friends of Donna Griffith for their tragic and heartbreaking loss. They will be in my thoughts and prayers.
