A DUI collisions in Los Angeles fatally injured a pedestrian, KTLA News reports. The pedestrian versus car collision occurred the morning of April 12, 2010 near the intersection of Western Avenue and Pico Boulevard. The driver, identified as 27-year-old Jasen Jack of Atlanta was traveling south on Western when he lost control of his 2008 Dodge Caliber and slammed into a traffic signal, which fell on top of the pedestrian. The victim was apparently just standing at the intersection when the fatal injury accident occurred. The pedestrian was pronounced dead at the scene. Jack was arrested on suspicion of felony DUI.
